Fully Detectable Ear Plugs. Manufactured by CK Safety here in the UK, this range of reusable earplugs has been designed for maximum comfort and performance.

Meeting the requirements of EN352-2 and are CE-Marked in accordance with the requirements of European Directive 89/686/EEC. Available with or without cord.

The two flange patented design (SNR24) Patented product No. 69820878.1 and three flange (SNR25) exerts only sufficient pressure within the ear canal to ensure the required acoustic seal.

Made from medical grade silicone rubber, these plugs are the ultimate choice for the discerning user.

Available corded or uncorded and in various colours.

NEW CK ExpandaBand

This unique product has been designed to ensure maximum comfort. The adjustable pressure band allows the wearer to adjust the pressure exerted into the ear canal to suit their own comfort factor. Used with the NEW CK Silentfit Earplugs 2 and 3 flange.
Can be worn under the chin or behind the head.

Colours available Standard - Blue, Green, Red, Yellow

Sonar Earplugs

The ultimate in detectability. The sonar earplugs have all the comfort and design features of the silent fit with the additional feature of metal detectability and X-Ray visable.

Also available ExpandaBand in Metal Detectable Polypropeline. Designed for the food and pharmaceutical industry this patented product is totally detectable and unlike other earplugs which depend on metal inserts such as metal clips or ball bearings, Sonar earplugs & cords remain detectable if fragmented in the manufacture process.

Available corded or uncorded in Red or Blue.

Available as 2 or 3 flange

Damaged earplugs must not be used and should be disposed of in an environmentally accepted manner.

Expanda band can be worn under the chin or behind the neck.(Now available in detectable material).

ExpandaBand allows earplugs to be clear of work surfaces to avoid cross-contamination

The box is manufactured from our unique high impact resistant metal detectable plastic, it has 3 drain holes (2 in the bottom and 1 in the top) to assist with drainage once the earplugs have been washed etc.

Can accommodate Split Ring & Safety Chain attachments

The New “Clean Ear” System has the unique benefit of different coloured reusable ear plugs i.e Red = Left Ear & Blue = Right Ear on either end of a cord or Expandaband (adjustable head band). Available in many colour combinations Detectamet are able to manufacture the System to suit customers colour preference / requirements.
