are compatible with all CK cartridges

A low cost half mask respirator that conforms to the technical
requirements of the European Safety Standard for half-mask
respirators, EN 140.
This product includes user friendly design features as standard.
Sliding head strap, rolled edge face
seal, droop snoot cartridge mode or front mounted, choice of colours, split harness, lightweight. The sliding
headstrap allows the user to hang the
respirator around the neck when not in
use avoiding contamination by placing on
a dirty surface.
The rolled edge face seal ensures maximum comfort and prevents
soreness of the face. The droop snoot
mode of the cartridge fixing allows
compatibility with other face shields
etc, where unimpaired vision is of
utmost importance.
The lightweight design reduces fatigue, when worn for longer
periods.
A choice of colours are available for personal preference: we can also offer a choice of materials
TPR or Medium grade PVC
Currently
available in in one size only (second
size to be launched in 2011) The mask
has been proven to fit extremely well to
female faces and is often a mask of
choice for industry employing female
workers.

The CK Half Mask Twin Cartridge Range
Has all the features of the single cartridge respirator but has
been specifically designed for the
wearer who requires a slightly reduced
inhalation breathing resistance e.g
Heavy manual work.
Compatible for use with face shields, welding shields etc.

Made from medical grade PVC. This
respirator is designed to conform to the
requirements of the EN405. The standard
does not require any maintenance records
to be kept and the respirator can be
used for a period not exceeding 28 days.
Our user friendly twin filter respirator
comes complete with A1P2(s) - organic
vapour/dust combination cartridges. All
the comfort features found in the CK
1004 respirator are included in this
product. Cartridges are not replaceable.
Colours available: Red, Blue and Black.

of Fit Testing Operators.

qualified Fit Testers who will be happy
to assist you.
Fit
Testing Of Respirators - Training
required
RPE Fit
Testing is required for all
tight-fitting facepieces including all
filtering facepieces (disposable face
masks), half masks and full-face masks.
This includes negative pressure
full-face masks as well as
power-assisted full masks, and both
self-contained and air-fed breathing
apparatus.
Information
Document HSE 282/28, recommends that RPE
Fit Testing should only be conducted by
a trained competent person.
The COSHH (Control of Substances
Hazardous to Health) Regulations include
a requirement that the initial selection
process for all tight-fitting facepieces
should include face-fit testing to
ensure the wearer has a correctly
fitting device. Face-Fit Testing is also required under the Control of
Asbestos at Work Regulations and the
Control of Lead at Work Regulations.
